Price-Busting Guarantee:
Our price-busting guarantee is available against identical products supplied from UK based suppliers only. It excludes items not in stock with the other suppliers and damaged items.
The price for comparison purposes will be that shown per item at checkout and adjusted for any associated costs such as postage and packing.

60 Day Comfort or Exchange Guarantee
(a) This guarantee applies to all of our Memory Foam mattresses.
(b) It can take time to adjust to the comfort of a new mattress. For this reason you must sleep on the mattress for 60 nights. This gives the opportunity to feel the full benefits of Memory Foam.
(c) When an exchange is made, the new item must be of the same or higher value.
(d) We do ask that in the event of an exchange, the customer pays all relevant carraige charges.
(e) A small administration fee of £30 will be made for the exchange.
(f) Any mattress that is soiled will not be able to be exchanged.
Full 5 Year Guarantee
Terms
(a) The guarantee is valid only between the date of delivery, and that date five years following.
(b) This guarantee applies to new items only, purchased through Sleepright UK Ltd stores, and on the Sleepright UK Ltd website, www.sleeprightuk.com. It does not apply to goods purchased second hand or through private sales.
(c) This guarantee applies to manufacturers’ faults, not faults caused by day-to-day wear and tear.
Conditions of Cover
(b) Fraud. All benefits under this cover are forfeited if a fraudulent declaration or claim is made.
(b) Governing law and statutory rights. This agreement is limited to products bought and used in the U.K, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. The provision of this plan does not affect your statutory rights. This agreement is governed by English Law.
(3) Rights of third parties. This plan is for the benefit of you, the purchaser named on the invoice, and anyone else we have agreed with you. No benefits may be given to anyone else.
(4) Events outside our reasonable control. We will not be liable under this cover where we are prevented from performing our obligations to you on account on any such events.
(5) Transfer. We are free to transfer our rights and obligations under this cover and to have third parties carry out our obligations.
